Happy happy birthday, love!

Today marks the 21st birthday of my dear Charles Jansen Chan! Baby, you have no idea how glad I am that we found each other. People say that finding that one person who you love and who loves you back is a miracle. Sometimes, I wonder why out of the 7 billion people in the world, it just had to be you. In case you haven’t realized it yet, what we have is already a miracle. :)

I could never thank your parents enough for raising you to be the man that you are today. You are kind, funny, sweet, patient and respectful. To be honest, I used to think that you were some jerk and I never planned to take you seriously. But somehow, you proved all assumptions wrong. And I’m happy that you did. :)

You make me so happy, Charles. You have no idea how much. I just wish I could return the favor by making you happy as well. But then again, it would never be enough to equate to how happy you make me.

I’m so blessed to have found someone like you, babe. So, tell me. How did I get so lucky? Hehehe. :)
