“Perhaps luck exsists somewhere between the world of planning, the world of chance, and the peace that comes from knowing that you just can’t know it all.”
-Stacy, Little Black Book (2004)
The requirements to be a certified licensed pharmacist in the state of California is giving me a migraine. I have never been so uncertain in my 21 years.
You might find yourself deceived by my klutziness but the truth is, I like following plans. “I like following plans” is actually an understatement because the truth is, I am a self-confessed control freak. It sounds so bad when you hear it, right? Well, it kinda is. I like waking up in the morning and knowing that I’m in full control of everything. Nothing could give me a sweeter dream better than certainty can. I love control so much that when relationships and everything else don’t go the way I pictured it, I freak out. The thing is I’m not so sure about what I need to do after graduation and after I fly back to Los Angeles on September 2012 because the stupid internet’s not giving me a freaking straight answer. Uggghh.
The only thing i’m sure about is that being a licensed pharmacist in California is gonna take a while (according to this website on the internet, it will take me at least 3 1/2 years). Why can’t it be as easy as 1-2-3? God knows how much I hate to wait that long. :(
