Just sold my barely used dearest Optimus (Nikkor 50mm AF f/1.8D) to my brother! YAY! I’m not sure if he actually understood what it is and what it is for but he agreed to it, given that he won’t give me a Christmas gift anymore.
On the more interesting part of my day, I resided to impulsive buying and decided to buy a Nikkor 35mm AF-S DX f/1.8g lens as a replacement for Optimus. Well, it’s twice Optimus’s price but I guess it will be worth it somehow. :)

PS Talking to my brother this morning made me realize EVEN MORE how much I miss hanging out with him. Family gatherings have become less interesting now.
