For a change, I decided to visit him at McKinley today despite the very long travel.

HINT: Tandang Sora to MRT North Station to MRT Magallanes Station to McKinley Hill. Three long rides and two freakin’ long death marches, people! I don’t know how he does this for a thousand times now and NOT complain. Not even once. (A+ for effort!)

We went out for dinner at our favorite restaurant, Tokyo Cafe! (Yoshi burger is HEAVEN!) and then we had frozen yogurt afterwards. He wanted me to meet his friends from work but the skin on my face was peeling off like crazy (probably because I just visited the dermatologist a week ago for a cleaning and peeling session) and I didn’t want to leave the impression that I have some sort of skin problem (HAHAHA. Seriously, the skin on my face was PEELING OFF! It was horrible!).

After dinner, we sat on the nearby bench to kill time and these people just started to ballroom dance in front of us. It was like a movie, really. You know, where people start dancing to the 70s music and they unbelievably know the steps and they unbelievably don’t step on each other’s feet? Only in reality, the people dancing didn’t know what the hell they were doing and everyone seems to be off beat. HAHA. He asked me to dance (which was obviously just to make fun of me) and I refused (because obviously, he was just making fun of me) and he started doing all these kengkoy shoulder dance moves which did not only look awkward but was also absolutely inappropriate. And it went on and on until we finally decided that it was getting late and that I should head back home already.

Overall, I loved this day because I love spending time with him (and not to mention, free foods!) and the fact that we could talk about the most random things makes him a wonderful company. :) Thank you Charles! :D
